Spekular Star Kit

The Spekular star kit creates an eight-sectioned star, with a hole in the middle, which you can shoot through. This kit can be used to create a glamorous look when using it around the lens, or a super-flat, low signature LED panel for when you need a large shaped light in a tight space.

A huge benefit from this light is the incredible catch lights that it produces, those can be a star, a cross or even a peace sign

Each section is 30x4cm, and is comparable with a mid-sized LED panel. Our light is gorgeous, it is daylight balanced, features high CRI and TLCI, reducing colouring work to a minimum. Spekular is also fully dimmable and displays no flicker – perfect for both video and stills.

Spekular is the first transformable light, it can be turned into a ring, a strip, a panel and many, many other configurations. You can use a single kit for interviews, interiors, head shots, cinematic looks, glamour and more. Even better, using Spekular creates unique and intriguing catch lights.

Spekular is made from rugged aluminium and massive ABS plastic. It’s rugged and light. The four lighting sections only weigh 1.3 kg, and provide more than 5,000 luminous flux.
