The ATOMOS CONNECT Network, Wireless & SDI Expansion for NINJA V/V+ is the perfect addition to use with the NINJA series monitors, to create high-quality livestreaming results. It also allows the user to create high-quality files that feature both matching timecodes and metadata. It offers a 12G SDI interface to convert signals for added workflow with professional SDI-equipped cameras. It also features ATOMOS AirGlu™ wireless sync timecode technology to provide direct, long-range communication between devices.
When connected to either the Ninja or Ninja Ultra, the ATOMOS Connect can be used on a number of different live-streaming platforms including Twitch and YouTube. It features built-in Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi6 and cellular hotspot joinability to allow users to produce content and reach audiences from almost anywhere.
The Connect has been designed as a Frame.io Camera to Cloud (C2C) device, which when used alongside HDMI and SDI-equipped cameras, offers advanced online workflows and remote collaboration with multiple different content creators.
The Connect features a unique 'Dual-Record' feature that adds matching timecodes and metadata to a selection of file types including Apple ProRes, Avid DNxHR/HD (or ProRes RAW on Ninja V+) and HEVC (H.265).
As this features built-in SDI and HDMI interfaces, this can be connected to a wide range of different professional cinema, DSLR and mirrorless cameras. The Connect also features the ATOMOS AirGlu wireless sync technology, to create direct long-range communication between different devices and provides a strong timecode lock.
