Godox LED Light Firmware Troubleshooting
Has your Godox LED light failed mid-firmware update, or is your light no longer working properly post-update? Follow this guide to attempt re-install for firmware of Godox bluetooth-compatible LED Heads and get your light back on track.
1: Turn on the LED light, and press the Bluetooth button on the lighting unit.
2: Connect the light with the Godox Lighting App via Bluetooth, and find the light on the app. Press the three buttons to the right of the light in the menu.

3: Select firmware update information from the menu that pops up, and attempt Bluetooth update.
4: If successful, select the MCU Upgrade and use your USB flash drive with the correct firmware included (and only this firmware - please ensure there are no other firmwares or files on your flash drive).
If this doesn't work, it is recommended to reattempt this a few times to see if it goes through. If it doesn't, then it's possible your light may need a replacement control board.
