Pre-Orders and Special Order Items
Delivery methods selected for Pre-Orders for out of stock items apply to the dispatch of the item from our warehouse only, and do not include the estimated arrival of the restock. Please reach out to our team for Pre-Order timeframes before placing your order for an accurate estimate.
Special Order purchases are available with Standard 2-4 working day delivery only, on top of the quoted lead time estimate provided on the listing.
Both Pre-Order and Special Order timeframe estimates are subject to change as a result of manufacturer and shipping delays out of our control. While we do aim to provide ETAs with as much accuracy as possible, our estimates are not guarantees of when your item will arrive.
Additional Handling Fees (Large Products)
A number of our products fall into 'Large', 'Extra Large', 'Oversized' & 'Pallet' products, and would require an additional shipping fee applied automatically to the order. All of these products will display this on their dedicated listings. Below is a breakdown of the additional fees that would be added to the order at the checkout stage:

This charge will be taken after purchase and will be required to send your item out. We will contact you before dispatching your order. Guaranteed Next Day and Shipping Refunds
If an item is classed as a large item that needs extra handling, we cannot guarantee next working day delivery, express delivery or timed delivery. Large items may also be delayed while being processed by the courier company and due to this, we would be unable to refund any postage paid due to a delivery delay. This includes UK and International deliveries.
For oversized/extra handling orders placed on our "Guaranteed Next Day Service" that meet the criteria for a postage refund, only the postage portion of the shipping will be refunded, and will not include additional handling fees and surcharges.
Safe Place Delivery Settings
Please be aware, when the safe place option is selected, this is not something which is done by us but it is done via the chosen courier. The courier does state that any safe place requests are left at the customers own risk. As this is something selected by the customer and out of our control, we are unable to take any responsibility for any loss or damage which may result from the package being left in the requested safe place.
