The Best Lighting Kits for Wedding Photography in 2022

2. CITI300 PRO Compact Wedding Twin Kit

If you're looking for something a little more advanced than the GIO1 Beginner kit, the CITI300 kit may be for you! CITI300'S are a little more powerful than the GIO1's, at 300w rather than 76w, meaning they're better for combatting darker spaces and you can control your light more. Or, if it's brighter, the CITI300's are controllable from 1/256th power which means you can go as low as 1.2W for a shot!
CITI300's are also more than suitable for transporting to and around weddings due to their compact size. Paired with both CITI300s are 40in Translucent Umbrellas; simple and easy to set up, and are great at softening the light from the flash units in a wide spread of diffusion. Include the Roller Bag (a suitcase style pull-along case) and you've got a great kit for on-the-go wedding shoots!

3. CITI600 PRO On-The-Go Portable Wedding Twin Kit

If you're needing a more advanced kit, however, perhaps the CITI600 Pro is what you need! This twin kit is much like the CITI300 kit with it's 40in Umbrellas, with the only difference being the model of flashes. If you need the extra power and are able to forego some of the portability of the small GIO1 and CITI300 Pro units, the CITI600's offer you all the power you would need for a wedding shoot, with recycle times as short as 0.01-0.90s and a flash duration of up to 1/10,000s, this unit can be used on either batteries or mains powered if you need it.
