The PixaPro 120x180cm Quick Set-Up Large Rectangular Umbrella Softbox with 4cm Grid is an easy-to-use modifier which mounts to the front of your studio flash strobe or continuous LED light, to produce soft-even lighting. This softbox features an easy-open mechanism which allows it to be set up with ease and is great for use on location. The reflective interior helps maximise light efficiency whilst producing a natural, window-light look to your photos. The 120x180cm Rectangular Softbox features a highly reflective silver interior which helps to bounce the light around for maximum light efficiency, with external black material to reduce light leakage.

Super-Large Umbrella Softbox

Being over two square metres in size, the 120x180cm Large Rectangular Umbrella Softbox produces ultra-soft lighting and is perfect for use in a wide variety of applications. Because of its large size, it is capable of evenly illuminating full-body shots, even at short distances from the subject. Also, due to its large rectangular size, it is perfect for emulating window light, enabling you to easily take shots that look like they have been taken in natural light. It is also great for illuminating large subjects such as cars from above (works especially well when paired with a large scrim).

Can Be Used As A White Background

This softbox can also be used as a pure-white background for portraits, Headshots, Beauty, and Product photography. Unlike illuminating a traditional white backdrop, using this softbox as a background can produce a flattering rim-lighting effect around your subject (providing your subject is close enough to the softbox). 

Quick and Easy Set-up Large Umbrella Softbox

Its umbrella-like opening mechanism is designed for quick and easy set-ups, opening like a regular umbrella, it expands into a rectangular softbox. Double Diffusion Layers & Honeycomb Grid

It features two layers of diffusion to produce soft, even, homogenous lighting. It also comes with a honeycomb grid which attaches effortlessly to the front of the softbox, giving a narrower spread of light by restricting the beam without spilling onto the background.

Large Umbrella Softbox with Interchangeable Speedring

The 120x180cm Large Umbrella Softbox also has a unique design which allows it to be used with a wide variety of different flashes, thanks to the interchangeable speedring you can use this on almost any flash on the market. This helps to give all photographers, a high-quality, low-cost solution to their modifier needs. These include Bowens, Hensel, Elinchrom, Broncolor, Multiblitz, Profoto and Speedlite/Barebulb (please view the compatibility table for more information).

High-Quality and Hardwearing Construction

The 120x180cm Large Umbrella Softbox compromises high-quality strong rods which slot into the hardwearing nylon material which softens your light source without altering the colour temperature. These all attach to an external mount ring which mounts the light fitting on the outside of the softbox, allowing for easy access to your flash, strobe or Speedlite with easy access to controls, or utilizing the line-of-sight from your slave trigger.

PLEASE NOTE: For GODOX fitting we would not recommend using the CITI300/AD300 with the umbrella softboxes over 120cm in size. This is due to the fitting of CITI300/AD300 which may not offer strong enough support for larger softboxes. If you are planning to use a larger softbox on CITI300/AD300, we would recommend going for the Speedlite fitting option as it will include our Smart Bracket. With this option you will also have the benefit that it will allow you to move the light within the softbox, creating different effects.
