The ML30 handheld LED light is like a little cup of sunshine, that you can carry with you anywhere. It’s so small that it can easily fit in the palm of your hands. It comes with a grip handle and can be powered by a pair of Sony NP-F series (L-Series) or compatible, batteries, the ML30 is the perfect light for run-and-gun shooting.
Uses the Latest in COB LED Technology
The ML30 portable LED light uses a 5600K daylight-balanced 37.5W COB (Chip on Board) LED chip, which has a light output of 1,300 LUX at 1m Bare-bulb. This light is equivalent to the brightness of a traditional 400W tungsten light.
Impeccable Colour Accuracy
The Godox ML30 mini LED light has a super-high CRI (Colour-Rendering Index) rating of ≥96 and a TLCI (Television Lighting Consistency Index) of ≥97 for accurate colour reproduction. This means that the ML30 is suitable for Professional Broadcast use as well as for Film-Making and Commercial Cinematography.
Shoot at Virtually Any Framerate
The integrated COB LED chip is also Flicker-Free, meaning you can shoot at virtually any framerate, or any shutter-angle without fear of introducing flicker into your footage.
Easy-to-Use Interface
The Godox ML30 portable LED light features a user, with an LCD screen, and an intuitive control dial interface. The Controller box enables you to control the brightness of the light steplessly, between 100% down to 0% brightness.
Wireless Control Option
The ML30 Portable LED light can be remotely controlled via the Godox Light Smartphone App. This enables you to remotely control the brightness of the light.
Ultra-Quiet Fan
It also features a new Built-In Super-Quiet Electronic Fan, making it ideal for use in a situation where minimal background noise is critical, such as video interviews, etc.
Built-In SFX Lighting Modes
The ML30 handheld LED light features 8x built-in lighting effect presets, which enable you to simulate a selection of lighting scenarios, such as lightning storms, a TV, a broken bulb, paparazzi, etc. adding more creative possibilities to your cinematography.
Compatible with a Wide Range of Modifiers
The ML30 mini LED light is compatible with all GODOX-Mount modifiers straight out of the box, allowing it to be used with GODOX’s range of super-compact modifiers. It can also be coupled with the Round-Head Smart Bracket, which gives you access to the wide range of Bowens S-Type modifiers straight out of the box, which gives you the option to shape and modify the light to suit your needs. It can be used with a plethora of different modifiers, including, Softboxes, Beauty Dishes, Fresnel lenses, etc.

NOTE: Please be aware when using the high-powered LED COB chips although these will produce little heat, you will need to ensure sufficient airflow when using a modifier to avoid causing damage to the light or modifier.
