The GODOX SU-1 Sub-Flash is designed for use with the GODOX V1Pro Round Head speedlite. This innovative little sub-flash sits just beneath the V1's main flash head, allowing you to simultaneously bounce your main flash off a wall or ceiling, and illuminate your main subject with a subtle kiss of light, to fill in the shadows. All with a single V1Pro Speedlite. Perfect for shooting fast-paced Run-and-Gun style at weddings, and events and for photojournalism and more.
The SU-1 Sub-Flash easily mounts to the port located at the front of your V1 flash, just underneath the main flash head. When enabled, the SU1 sub-flash can be used to act as a subtle fill-light, to help lift the shadows coming from below your subject for more pleasing and flattering results. When not in use, the SU1 subflash can be detached from the V1pro's Main body. Perfect for photographing portraits, and for photographing at weddings and events.
The SU-1 Sub-Flash can be adjusted in brightness anywhere between 1/1, down to 1/128 power in 1/3-Stop increments. This gives you more creative control over the intensity of the fill lighting, enabling you to create a plethora of looks and styles.
The Godox SU-1 Sub flash is an essential accessory for photographers who own a V1Pro and want to have an extra fill flash, without needing to set up a whole other speedlite off-camera to do a similar job. the creative possibilities are virtually endless.
