When ordering, please send us your image file via email, (or using a file transfer service such as WeTransfer or Dropbox, etc.), in any of the following file formats: .jpg, .png, .psd, .pdf, .ai, .eps, and .cdr. The resolution needs to be 200 to 300 dpi for the best results and in CMYK Colour mode. File size must not exceed 64 MB. The turnaround times of these backgrounds are one to two weeks.
