Thanks to the P2400 pack’s 10-stop power range this ring light can be used as either a main light or as a subtle fill light for when you would like little to no directionality. Traditionally, Godox R2400 ring flash has been designed to be used exclusively mounted to your camera as the ultimate on-axis light source, however, the R2400 can also be mounted to a light stand and used with an Umbrella with the Included UBB-020 Umbrella Bracket. It can also be mounted to the Godox Parabolic Reflector System when used together with the MB-02 mounting bracket (Sold Separately)
The Godox R2400 photography ring flash can be used in conjunction with a range of light shapers, adding more versatility to the flash. The BD-09 series Honeycomb grids, designed to restrict the spread of light, are great for low-key images and are available in 40°, 30° and 20° options. The Godox R2400 ring flash can also be used with the RFT-21 Series reflectors, which produce a softer quality of light. The RFT-21S Silver reflector produces a more intense light with more contrast and specularity, whilst the RFT-21W White reflector produces a more natural diffused quality of light.
The R2400 ring flash head is a great addition to the Godox P2400 Pack and Head Flash System. It enables you to achieve flawless on-axis lighting in a way that isn’t possible with other light sources.
