The Godox WT40D Waterproof Mini Daylight LED Dive Light Tube is suitable for both stills and video. It has a waterproof rating of IP68, meaning that it can be taken down to depths of up to 40m. The WTD Series Dive lights are Daylight-Balanced to 5600K, enabling you to easily illuminate your subjects with beautifully-soft lighting, at depths where the sunlight doesn’t quite reach. Featuring a selection of different Built-In Lighting Effects opens up a plethora of creative possibilities. The WT40D LED dive lights have a CRI and TLCI rating of 96. making them suitable for professional broadcast use. The WT40D mini LED tube light feature thirteen built-in lighting effects which can be used to simulate various cinematic lighting effects, all of which, (except for one) have three modes. These lighting effects include Lightning, fireworks, Candles, Fire, a broken bulb, tv etc.
The WT40D waterproof LED tube light can be controlled via the GODOX Light smartphone app, which enables you to remotely control the brightness of the light or to use one of its lighting effects (Can only be used above-Water).
The Godox WT40D LED dive light features a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, giving you approximately 1 hour 20 minutes of run time underwater, and 5 hours 30 minutes of run time above water. , with the light at full brightness. This enables you to keep creating, without having to worry about being left in the dark abyss.
Each end of the WT40D daylight LED tube light features a standard 1/4-inch 20 thread, enabling you to mount it to a ball joint or other rig enabling you to shoot freely by yourself. This makes your lighting possibilities virtually limitless.
